Modise HR Consulting was established in 2016 as an assistance for people to be able to transition into the work environment. This was for people to be able to present themselves for better selection to take place. Now we have grown to focus on both the employees and employers experience further into the organization.



Founded by Lerato Modise, an HR Generalist Specialist with over 12 years experience in the HR field. With an Honors in Human Resource Management: Majoring in Business Management, Industrial Psychology and Human Resources Management.

Lerato Modise has consulted for over 20 different companies in various industries such as and not limited to the following industries : Engineering, Manufacturing, Security, Automation and Control, IT, Education, Services, etc
